SAD NEWS: ”The golden state warriors VS jazz match was suspended due to”…
Tonight’s match between the Golden State Warriors and the Utah Jazz holds significance for the Warriors, despite the absence of their star player. The Warriors’ injury report lists five players: Steph Curry, Jonathan Kuminga, Gary Payton II, Andrew Wiggins, and Dario Saric. Curry is sidelined for rest, Kuminga is questionable due to bilateral knee tendonitis, Payton II is likely to play despite a left ankle impingement, Wiggins is questionable due to left ankle soreness, and Saric is out with right knee lateral joint line pain. However, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green are available for the game.
The Jazz also have five players on their injury list: Lauri Markkanen, Jordan Clarkson, John Collins, Kris Dunn, and Walker Kessler. Markkanen is sidelined due to right shoulder impingement, Clarkson due to left SI inflammation, Collins due to back spasms, Dunn is questionable with left foot inflammation, and Kessler is out with a nasal fracture.
Currently trailing the Sacramento Kings by two games and the Los Angeles Lakers by 2.5 games, who are facing the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight, the Warriors have limited opportunities to improve their standings with only five games left in the season. However, the possibility remains.
The game between the Golden State Warriors and the Utah Jazz tips off tonight at 8:30 p.m. EST.
