The tennis star is the father of two children, son Stefan Djokovic and daughter Tara Djokovic, whom he shares with his wife Jelena.

After dating throughout high school, the couple tied the knot in 2014 and welcomed their son Stefan in October of the same year. September 2017 marked the birth of their daughter Tara.

Being a proud parent, Novak frequently gives his kids—whom he refers to as “my angels”—high marks in tributes and interviews. Although his children undoubtedly pick up a lot from Novak, he also gains a lot from them.

The 23-time Grand Slam champion stated at a tennis press conference in 2022, “I try to take that childish energy and fuel my inner child because I tend to forget my inner child a lot because everything is so serious.” He added, “I have the privilege of being a father to wonderful kids.”
